Steve Wininger: Bahoz Kurdi

Broadcast journnalism is a field I had not planned to pursue, but in order to make students more marketable, we were encouraged to pursue as many options as possible. Through my Radio Management class, I now have experience in newscasts, on-air broadcasts (Deejay), board operations, halftime shows, and commentary at basketball games.

My work at the station also lead to a leadership role as news director, and I also co-host a specialty show.
